My major takeaway from all of this? OMG I LOVE EOWYN!!@!

Eowyn was seriously one of my first role models, the first time I remember thinking "holy shit, girls can be awesome!" We had a record of RotK from the animated movie, and so I remember that phrase from a decade before reading the books.

Gah, I really hope they make a book of all those pictures. BUT NOT THE STUPID ONES. If I ever have a daughter (or, heck, a son) I'll frame some for her walls.

I read a lot of both Loises, but the one I remember most is Killing Mr. Griffin.
