ETA: I am informed that "the woman in the earrings" is supposed to be Bill Weasley. Confounded by my unfamiliarity with the conventions of anime!

The older man behind Neville is Aberforth Dumbledore, I think, since he showed up for the final battle. And yeah, the dark-haired young man with the locket, next to a house elf (Kreacher), must be Regulus Black.
