I caved and pre-ordered the Kindle version. Which means I'll also be buying the paperback at some point (I hate it when series don't match on my shelves), but I get to read it NOW.

We'll just say that there is so much more in the characterization and plots that we didn't need to get that to enjoy the books. But you're right. Must re-read with this new knowledge.
Epbot had a post about "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children". It sounded right up the alley of some of the 'istas. Anyone read it?
