For Snow, I keep picturing someone like Sam Anderson (Holland Manners from AtS).
Someone on LJ suggested Zeljko Ivanek, who seems to fit my image of Snow perfectly. Although Sam Anderson could work too, a little less outwardly evil.
Actually, the more I think about it, the more I think Glenn Close would be a terrifying Coin.
