I organize my books alphabetically by author (or editor, for anthology), and by title within an author's set.

Have any of you folks who like YA read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series? It's not really YA, but it's really well done and very fast pace and entertaining.
I just read Riordan's new series with Egyptian Mythology.

I love the Percy Jackson books. And they are currently my favorite example of why we should encourage the readig of fiction. Hundreds of kids have asked for books on greek Mythology because of those books

Mine are vaguely organized. They were originally organized by genre(ish) and author, but now they're back to their natural state of covering every flat surface I can get away with stacking things on.

Yes. More like early middle school, Amy. They are GREAT. Really enjoyable. And the new one,with Egyptian mythology is also so fun.
