Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.
There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

I bought him The Westing Game and Freak the Mighty for his new school's summer reading list today. I haven't read either, so I plan to steal them when he's done.
IMO, Westing Game is blergh. Freak the Mighty is pretty great, though.
I really liked the Westing Game, and so did my book group kids
I know plenty of people who do like it, but rarely did any of my students like it. I just didn't like it at all. A book that was decidedly blergh to me.
