Ellie is adorable. I miss snuggling wee ones. Mine are so big, I think I'm lucky they don't mind me hugging the stuffings out of them.
K-Bug made Mexican Wedding Cookies last night and they are so nummy. Unfortunately she misread the recipe and made double what she meant to - oh darn.
MG, if you need, I suppose I could take some of those cookies off of your hands. You know, because I'm all about being helpful. Yep. Also, how are you feeling? Any better?

I can't believe how big Ellie is now. What a doll! I remember showing everyone at work the picture of her practically swimming in her 4th of July outfit and now she looks so totally different. Still adorable just different.

I'm really happy it's Friday. Work hasn't exactly been bad this week, but it sure got on my nerves a lot.
We have a wedding to go to this Saturday night, and I don't know what to wear. Why is it that nice dresses for women are so often sleeveless? Some of us are cold-blooded, dammit. My husband says, "Just wear what you wear to work." Poor man, he just doesn't understand that work clothes =/ wedding clothes.

Sparky, Loehmann's has some fantastic sleeve dresses right now. FYI. IJS. Etc.

It's more that I'm swimming with a friend than the actual swimming itself.
Sparky--for that kind of thing, I usually go with the skirt-sweater combo. Way less hassle than a dress, especially for me.
