I'm really happy it's Friday. Work hasn't exactly been bad this week, but it sure got on my nerves a lot.
We have a wedding to go to this Saturday night, and I don't know what to wear. Why is it that nice dresses for women are so often sleeveless? Some of us are cold-blooded, dammit. My husband says, "Just wear what you wear to work." Poor man, he just doesn't understand that work clothes =/ wedding clothes.

It's more that I'm swimming with a friend than the actual swimming itself.
Sparky--for that kind of thing, I usually go with the skirt-sweater combo. Way less hassle than a dress, especially for me.

juliana - not sure if she is disappointed or not. I just got a text that said "made jv". I think she will be more annoyed with who made Varsity versus who made JV in general. There are 3 girls who should be on JV, but who may make Varsity. That will bug her and make her lose respect for the coaches more than where she ends up, I think.
