I just updated the quake site and there was one!
A microearthquake occurred at 9:40:13 AM (PDT) on Thursday, April 13, 2006. The magnitude 2.6 event occurred 10 km (6 miles) WNW of Santa Monica, CA. The hypocentral depth is 1 km (0.5 miles).
Willow ,'Showtime'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Is horrified. Your brain has apparently already taken a few solid steps down the path to writing that Swordfishtrombones book, I see.
Pete, The British Rodeo Clown would be such a great character for the book. He can stare down the bulls with contemptuous disdain.
I didn't feel a thing! :(
Here it was like a quick jolt. Both cats came skittering into the room (always a tip off).
...actually, I am rather loving the notion of the British Rodeo Clown. So long as he isn't Pete, because I don't think that Pete should have to have anything to do with irate bulls trying to gore Marlboro-chomping gay men. Other than in a strictly observational capacity, from a very safe distance, and with a nice cup of tea to hand. Perhaps with a chocolate digestive or two.
(...my understanding of cowboys may have been largely formed by Brokeback Mountain, you realise...)
Depends on how your workplace feels about clowns with ball gags.
I can't speak for my workplace, but speaking for me, I'm gonna say they're a good thing.
Happy Birthday Tickybox!
Just had lunch with Nora. You can all be jealous now.
Also, I feel the need to clarify that I'm not upset about the garbage changes, just that there was absolutely no notice. I don't want anyone to think I am pro-city rodents. Just frustrated with the lack of information.
Hey, Plei! Congrats on a year of mommyhood!
Happy Birthday, Lillian! It's an excellent day to be born--my dad turned 80 today! And, once you work the whole calendar change thingy into it, it's also Thomas Jefferson's birthday.
Dude, telling you that what has been picked up won't be picked up the day before pick up is ridiculous.
