Everybody dies, Tracey. Someone's carrying a bullet for you right now, doesn't even know it. The trick is to die of old age before it finds you.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Would a good waist cincher hold in my baby-belly under clothing without looking too bulky?

Only if you wear structured clothing; jackets and suchlike. It probably wouldn't work for most blouses & tops. Unless, of course, you mean a girdle-type waist cincher, not an underbust corset -type cincher.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

How much do I love that we're talking about gut control in both Natter and Bitches? Thiiiiiiiiissss much!

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Not JZ, but we'll be there until Monday morning. You want to get dinner on Sunday night or some such?

Would love to see you both! Sunday is also Drew's birthday, and we have tickets to go see Avenue Q at 8, but maybe we could get together somewhere in that vicinity beforehand?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I was thinking corsety type waist cincher. What would be good under jeans?

A good girdle or heavy elastic "shapewear" thing.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

That sounds utterly fabulous.

So, t Vegas ignoramus how hard is it to get tickets to Avenue Q anyway? Are we SOL if we haven't done so yet, or are Vegas musicals in big giant amphitheatre-type things with seats for kajillions? t /Vi

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Are we SOL if we haven't done so yet, or are Vegas musicals in big giant amphitheatre-type things with seats for kajillions?

I don't know if it's been selling out or not, but I do know that the producers moved the show to Vegas instead of taking it on tour specifically because they did not want it to be performed in a ginormous amphtitheatre-type thing (as most on-tour theatres tend to be). The theatre will be medium-sized.

Let's see if we can get tickets for the same show, Jacqueline. Make life easy.
