Sorry it got to your house too. I've spent two nights quasi-sleeping in the rocking chair holding Mal so his drainage doesn't choke him.

Raq, I hope Mal gets better quickly. We've done that sleeping sitting up thing before and it's only marginally better than getting no sleep at all.

Owen feel asleep at 6:30 tonight. I'm hoping that being dosed with cold medicine will keep him uncongested so he can sleep tonight. It's awful to listen to him wheezing on the monitor. He's going to be sick over his birthday--which will suck.

Well, the Roomba gets such good press round here, and I figure it'd be useful for them. The painting, when Bec and I visited Carmel, one art gallery we visited had lots of cool stuff, and there was one particular series of paintings that Bec really liked but didn't do much for me. So I figure, now might be the time to get it for her. And I can be pretty damn sure that she doesn't have one already, and she'd never buy it for herself.

Only problem is, I think it might be too costly. Back to the Roomba!

Oh, concerning the Roomba, I need to scope out whether she already has one (which I doubt, but still). Does anyone remember the location of that woman's account of her purchase of a Roomba and subsequent terror campaign against her kitties by a seventies-porn-moustache-wearing robot?
