May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mostly lurking...

Just got home from a fabulous trip to the yarn store. Much yarn was acquired, and I still have tons of money on my gift certificate, so more fun will be had. YAY!

Also had a lovely lunch with Theodosia. All in all, a lovely day. But, I think I need a nap now.

Yay for the refund, Cindy!

Yay, for yarn store fun, vw!

I have a digital camera now thanks to Nicole. I'm loading the software now. I feel like a kid on Christmas Day.

What she said.

Yay! Let me know if I can help with anything.

I checked Target dot com and the price for Firefly dvds was about $25. At the actual store? $40. Wubba-huh? Crazy. But it got me to call my Aunt J and ask which of her sons had *my* dvds and thankfully it was the one that lives with her.

So I've had yummy lunch and picked up my loaned out dvds and I'm getting ready to share the Firefly addiction love with someone that I know will appreciate the show. Whee!

Now if the cleaning fairies would just show up, I wouldn't have to rush off to vacuum. I'm beginning to think they're just a myth...

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Anyone around who's a crack hand with photoediting? I have a pic I want to use for an icon, but there are some weird lighting and shadow issues that I'm hoping someone not me can clean up.

Well, since you asked. How do I upload photos into Yahoo instead of the kodak thing?

I wish! Sorry I can't be of any help.

How do I upload photos into Yahoo instead of the kodak thing?

You have to let the camera upload to Kodak first and then pull the pics from the Kodak file on your hard drive into Yahoo. At least, that's the way I do it.

I can't figure out how to do this second part.

I figured it out. Since I can't yet get into my new apartment and I wanted to play with the camera, everyone gets to see the mess I am making packing up my current place here.
