Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

vw - which movie? And can you do the raincoat and hat route? I never carry an umbrella and it keeps me pretty dry.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I got mine all chopped yesterday too, AIFG. Also, I did not burn myself, which is also FG.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I got my hair chopped from shoulder length to between earlobe and chin...

What? You couldn't do this before you came to San Francisco?

Still, I approve of both the impulse and that length on you.

Mmmm, brenda curls.

When is Scrappy going back to Frenchy's?

Because books.

I got my hair cut last week, and it's shorter than ever. Pixie to the nth degree. But this time it didn't come out looking like concentration camp chic, thank goodness.

Much ~ma to Megan. What a hard thing to go through. And to Mikey, too.

Right on! Plus, that would make a great song title: "Pixie to the nth degree"

Mostly lurking...

Friends with Money. I think the raincoat is the way I will go. I'm not much of an umbrella person, anway.

Hec--Frenchy's is no more! The owner sold it to her partner (who apparently was a horrible person) and all the good stylists left. Petrina, the brilliant, sweet, tattooed and pierced gal who is my dream haircutter, moved to a private salon. It's a building where each stylist has a private room. Very cool. I just got my hair cut and colored on Wednesday. AIFG!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I'm due for a cut, though I have no idea when I can wedge it into the schedule.

I made mom cry this morning. She realized I was home cleaning her room-to-be and got all "it is all my fault" on me. Well, yeah, but it is also my choice to take a partial day off to keep things moving.

~ma to Megan and Mike. I'm sorry I get so deep in my crud, I forget that others are going through tough stuff too.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Friends with Money.

Man, this doesn't open here for a couple more weeks.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I need a haircut badly. I haven't been really happy with any cut I have had in a long time.
