Can you call and tell my work that? Oh, and also tell them that because I'm the bestest (in your eyes, at least), they should let me have an extra week of paid vacation time. That would rock!

Just got my mail. Had a package from my cousin that included a CD that has a song on it that reminds her of what I've been going through. I have a funny feeling, looking at the covers, that it's gonna make me cry. But, she is so sweet to send it.
Also, I am a CRAB monster today. Not!Emily just got up and made some coffee. I'm annoyed that he's not just getting up and leaving. I have no right to be. I just am.

Snoopy dances for vw to cheer her up
Le gronk. Am exhausted. Stopped in at a friend's bar after training in at another friend's restaurant, and found out that he had just gotten a call telling him his dad was in the ER with a heart attack. Spent the rest of the night amusing him while he waited for his relief to show up, and then followed him around the neighborhood as he got drunk (a time-honored way to blow off steam). No nap today, since I'm working a big party at the afore-mentioned restaurant tonight. Whee....
I don't see how potato skins are not a meal, especially if they're all cheesed and baconed like you usually see them. Not the healthiest meal ever, sure, but they count as a meal in my book.
