It's ok if I eat some crap to get myself to eat, right? All I ate yesterday was a bowl of rice. It's just, nothing sounds good. I've convinced myself to eat some potato skins, which someone here once pointed out is not a meal. But, it's got more protein than rice, and I feel like I should eat *something*.

vw, you poor thing - having to go from bottomless pit stomach with the steroids and now not wanting to eat. What about toast with some peanut butter? Can you try eating that first and then moving onto the potato skins? If you can't, then I suppose the potato skins are better than nothing.
