Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

If the rain was going to stop - I might agree that there is an allowed complaint time. however , since it looks like it might only pause on Thursday, I say bright on the complaints.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Can I share some good more news?

Better check with JZ to see if she has a time table for that too.

move out and draw fire

David being called Rachel cracks me up, because I remember coming home in tears from one of the series of Sunday schools I was sent to, crying because some boy had kept telling me Rachel was a boy's name.

Yay Jen!

Cash, health-ma and calm-ma.

Well, you get to hear it whether or not JZ approves, 'cause I've only got four more minutes on the computer (I'm at the hospital, in the Internet room...of course, that's not what they call it, but it's what I've fondly known it to be).

Mom had her appointment. She said it went REALLY well. She loved the doctor, which I think sometimes is the most important thing. They're scheduling her for an MRI, then the biopsy. She said he was very encouraging, and she's feeling better about the whole thing. I was very pleased to hear her report.

And in good mememe news, it sounds like my job might take me back in the fall. I'm not sure of the details and whatnot, because I was kind of shocked when the person talked about it. But, I think there's a good chance that they really want me back.

So, all in all, a good day. Financial Aid is worked out; mom is being taken care of; and I might have a job to go back to. It's about the best day in about six weeks!

YAY for good days, vw! The universe owes you many many more of them.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Hooray for a good day... boy, you needed one! Make that, like one hundred. In a row. Followed by 100 more.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

You know, I use my middle name (family last name, usually a man's name) instead of my first name so I'm used to having people expect me to be a man. But the people who refuse to believe me when I tell them that I'm the person with that name and insist on speaking to Mr. (last name) really annoy me.

Oh, and Mr. (first name) (last name), you need to send your pledge card to the University of Alabama RIGHT NOW.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Great news, vw!
