Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

What ita said regarding yoghurt. If there's a organic or whole foods grocery anywhere near you, load up. It tastes way better too.

Thanks for the GRE advice. I just...I've know that I need to use my test voucher for awhile, and I finally scheduled it a couple weeks ago. But I kept forgetting that I signed up for it. And now it's the day.

Mostly I'm hoping I'll stay awake through it.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Ooops. I just ruined DH's surprise for me. I was checking our bank statements and found a debit for $50 to Victoria's Secret. I knew I didn't buy anything recently, so I asked him about it.

Trust my rage

Nora, I think you can also buy the "active culture" in powder form at a health food store. I ran across it when I was researching the same problem for Ellie.

SA, Good luck on the GRE!!

I just got back from a run in the rain. So refreshing! Only 10 lbs. to go until my ideal weight. Yay!!!

I have an appointment with disability services on Tuesday. I don't know what they'll be able to do, but at least I'm making that step.

Timelies.

Jen - glad the surgery went well.

askey - ~ma to you

We are supposed to sign our re-fi papers this evening. PLEASE let this not be pushed back again.

The snot monster has moved in and has made itself way too comfortable. The Theraflu let me sleep last night, but I forgot to fix a cup before I left for work this morning. I'm going to have to cruise the First Aid cabinet for a decongestant.

Hey. New board.

The GRE is kinda fun because you get your scores (well, except for the essay) RIGHT THERE. None of that crazy waiting stuff and paying $17 to call a number to get your scores early and all those things I did with the ACT/SAT/AP Tests back in my high school days.

I think the same is true for the CLEP tests. Of which I might be taking 9 this summer, to get 30 extra hours of college credit beyond my masters and get a nice $5,000 pay raise from the NYCDOE.

In other news, why didn't somebody tell me that veggie cream cheese on toasted 7-grain bagels was this divine?

Mostly because you are making me jealous with this talk of bagels.

I almost find that more intimidating. You know *right then* if you screwed up.
