Come on out, River. The nice man wants to kidnap you.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Cass, can you hop on IM for a sec?

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I watched the first Top Chef, but then got distracted. I haven't watched anything but Bones and Criminal Minds for a couple of weeks.

I'd say meet for coffee

Well, coffee, coke, french fries.. donuts... um... I think I'm a little hormonal tonight. I'm sure we'll make it one way or the other. At least after we move I'll be able to get the car more often.

I'm going to head for bed now. Love you guys. Night!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Need cat health~ma for Harvey. He's going to the litter box frequently, and having pee-clumps the size of a pea.

If he were completely blocked, I'd find a 24-hr veterinary clinic for him, but I believe we are safe to wait till morning.

I hate this.

Art Crawl!!!

{{{Harvey}}}

Hec, I'm appalled that so-called Nice Boss would do the "I'm looking you straight in the eye" thing and just tell a bold-faced lie.

I watched Top Chef! I'm not surprised that Candice (sp?) is gone and I'm REALLY happy that Stephen was in the bottom three.

Next week on Bones: " Pirates !"

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sumi I was sad to see Candace go; I wanted Stephen to go before her so she could gloat a little bit. Also, I just want Stephen to go. I can't stand him. His cocky, I am too good for this and I don't follow the assignments, attitude needs to go.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Ack! ((Harvey))

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

So, The Boy and I finally had The Talk tonight. You know, the what-the-hell-are-we-doing-and-do-we-try-to-define-it-and-will-this-all-end-in-tears talk.

The long and the short of it is that we're on the same page, emphatically not!dating, just being friends who flux. It just took us a VERY long conversation to realize that we're on the same page.

Him: "I worry, because....I don't obsess about you." [He has ADD and a lot of OCD tendencies, and his M.O. in past relationships has been to obsess about the lass in question.]
Me: "I call that *healthy,* actually. I'd be creeped out if you *were* obsessed with me."

Him: "I'm attracted to you....but it's not always lightning flashes and overwhelming lust."
Me: "Oh, honey. We're not *14* years old. It's not always overwhelming lust for me, either."

Him: "Our friendship is SO important to me. I don't want to fuck it up."
Me: "....Me, too. Like, me too, times 1 million."

Me: "So....*what* are we doing?"
Him: "Same thing as we have been -- making it up as we go along."

It's cool, it's good. I think.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Apparently he stopped by our mailbox on his adventure.

Oh, Gud, that's marvellous. You have a handful and a half, there.

Deena, congratulations!
