Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
What brand nursing bra are you wearing, and is the size difference more than a cup?
The ones I like the most say "Q-T Maternity" on them - I think I got them from Motherwear or Expressiva. The cup size is pretty different - a D on the left and a B on the right.
Happy Birthday, Laura!
sj, you might be right to wait until you know about your moving situation, but I agree with what BHP said. And I'm saying this as someone who has had about 5 therapists in her lifetime so far...
Went to the doctor and she confirmed I had a sinus infection. Said she was prescribing penicillin so I didn't ask any questions. When I got to the pharmacy, I was asked for a $25 co-pay. They told me it wasn't actually penicillin she prescribed but an anti-biotic that has no generic equivalent. Whee. But I didn't have the energy to fight. Now I've grabbed some KFC because I didn't have the patience to deal with hauling all my crap somewhere (I have 40 lbs of crap with me, easily). I'm hanging out at my ex's because the construction guys have got the run of my place and I don't find that very restful.
The good news is that I got on anti-depressants 2 months ago so I'm probably handling it all better with than I would have without.
Tweaked my back and am sneezing and dripping like mad. If my body wanted me to just sit my ass down and stop doing stuff, it couldn't have sent a clearer memo. Have medicated. If it works, I am hunting down and slaying the dust demon.

This is good news. Really.
Everyone needs to get better right. now.

That is a tricky one. I was going to suggest Bravado, because they span cup sizes, but none of the overlap covers B and D both.
Perkins, I adore my GP. He's with Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and he's Dr. Albert Chan in Redwood Shores. Intelligent, quick, and a sense of humor.

For $60.00 extra a year I can ask him medical questions by E-mail. This *rocks*. Saves me playing telephone tag, telling the answering machine,t elling the nurse, telling him.
Spidra, medications are good. We should figure out a time to go get that tea, soon.
Calling on the Bitches' Hivemind for help with the following request from a friend:
One of the ladies who runs the flower shop, that we are friendly with (B brings the boys by often, they have given the boys many gifts, including personalized mouse ears imported from Disneyland) lost her husband on Thursday to a massive heart attack (he was 56). Obviously a card is in order (and flowers are out of the question). Do you have any ideas for other nice things we might do?
I suggested she find out from the flower shop partner all the birthdays, anniversaries, etc., that this poor woman will have to go through so that she could mark the occasions, but I can't think of anything else. My friend has twin 18 month-old boys, both parents work and juggle their schedules so they don't have to pay for child care, so time-intensive and expensive options are just not possible.

Spidra, that is very good.
I'm having one of those periods where the PMS becomes MS, and my boobs hurt so much that a breeze across them is insanely painful. So this breastfeeding talk is making me wince like woah.
Which is not to say the discussion should stop, I just wanted to bitch about my painful chesticular region. 'Cause, OW.

Are they athletic at all? If they are, and there's a Heart Walk (http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=2281) in their area, that's something they could do with the boys (in strollers) and in his name that's meaningful and not too expensive.
