On today's episode, Sunffleupagas was trying to crash diet/crash exercise because one of the other puppets told him he was "too big" to dance.
Oh, I am SO out of the loop. When did Snuffelupagus become visible to other Muppets?! Now how are kids supposed to learn that it's okay to talk to people that other people can't see? That was a formative childhood lesson for me, dammit.

Snuffleupagas became visible because TPTB equated Big Bird's Imaginary Friend with Children Being Molested Keeping it a Secret. I don't know.
People with knowledge of laws regarding medical records:
Is Emeline's old pediatrician allowed to withhold her records from me because of an unpaid balance on the account?
Because they didn't want kids to feel that people wouldn't believe them if they told what they saw.

Aimee I believe so, primarily because against all logic, your medical records are the property of the creating body, not YOU.
Ok, are they allowed to withhold them from her new doctor?
Aimée, I don't know for a fact, but my feeling is that that's a big fucking no fucking way. What if she had some kind of chronic condition that her new doctor needed to know the history of? I can't imagine it's legal for a doctor's office to damage a child's quality of care because of an un- or under-paid bill.
eta: Well, damn. I defer to Beej, but I still say it's bullshit.
Also, FYI everyone, you have the right, whenever you see your doctor or any specialist, to request that the notes, lab or OR reports, and clinic letters be cc'd to you. That way you have a copy of all records, totally under your control.
