Much interview~ma, Katie!

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Last-minute things to do before getting dressed and getting out for the interview: Mack on the kitty, who is warm and soft and comforting. See the bunnies re-enact Brokeback Mountain in 30 seconds. Wave at the Bitches.
Yay for Olivia's awesome sleeping through the night skills! What a good baby she is. I still wanna nibble those toesies.
Ooh, and apartment~ma! Don't worry - it will be fun; you get to go toward something you want. Burble happily at the phone company representative when you arrange to have your service switched and they'll probably laugh and say something nice to you.
Congrats on the apartment, sj!
And yay, sleep, Cashmere!
Interview~ma to you, Katerina Bee!
Interview ~ma, KB!
sj, figure out how the movers price things -- by the hour or by the room, for example, and maximize the use of them. I've sometimes found that the headache of moving my own things was bigger than the price-tag of just letting them haul the boxes in one trip.
Yay, Olivia! Sleep is good!
Interview ~ma and Bestest Job Ever ~ma to you, Katie! 'Cause even if they adore you, they can't have you if they're just going to make you miserable later on. Period.
Cash, yay for sleep!! May it soon become a habit.
I don't have a digital camera.
I didn't get the bonus I thought I was getting but pretty sure I'm still getting a new digital camera. Will try to remedy your lack of digital.
As soon as I can take some and get a picture CD made.
A-hahahahahahahahahahaha! This from the girl that take MONTHS to get film developed. Uh-huh...

Most of the places I contacted 14 months ago when I moved in here charged by the hour. I know how long it took to get everything done last time, and I have to add to the fact that this time I am moving an hour away and not a mile down the road, so I really want to cut down the amount of stuff as much as possible. If I can keep the costs down, then we might be able to still swing going to the F2F, if not, then we might not being going.

Have I mentioned lately what a fabulous friend you are? No rush though.

You have a big family, no? Can you ask for some of them to help and then feed them a big pasta dinner?
eta: because I really, really, REALLY would love to see you and Dave again. You, mostly.
You have a big family, no?
Not really. The main problems for moving are the bookcases, the bed, a couple of large cabinets, and a million boxes of books.

I know. I am sorry. I'm already feeling guilty about this, but we had to jump on this apartment.
Last time we moved, we had a "box day" a week before the actual move. We packed books and dishes and so forth in boxes and invited a bunch of folks to come help us. Each person moved maybe five or six boxes total, so it wasn't too tiring, and we provided breakfast. It was actually lots of fun and saved us a LOT on the hourly move rates.
