Whoa. Good myth.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So, is she giggly babytalk, or sexy?

Not sexy to me, but I can see how it could appeal to others. Those as like the unironic babydoll/schoolgirl thing, for instance, or want their every suggestion met with cascades of girlishness.

I have nothing against giggling itself--it's the candy-coated cooing thing she does that drives me bats.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Kristin, before you do anything, check EVERYWHERE in the car.

Ew. Those people scare me.

Kristin, that sucks. I hope you find it right quick, before you have to call and cancel shit.

I think I shall go without the vicodin, mostly cause I"m thinking of going to bed at about 8pm. Which is ridiculous, but apparently necessary according to my brain, which only vaguely functioned today.

Art Crawl!!!

Much apartment-ma to sj and teacup guy!

I am still chilled from my walk home. I stopped by the university's Anthropology Museum where they were having an opening reception for their new exhibit of Islamic Culture in Indonesia (not it's exact title) -- fun exhibit - textiles, and manuscripts and swords and daggers and furniture. Plus -- snacks!

Then I went to exercise and came home where I've had a mug of tea and am still chilled.

Also, I saw a bit of the Ice Dancing at Worlds: the Kerrs representing Great Britain doing a routine to Bagpipe and Drum music and wearing very Scottish influenced costumes. My new favorite ice dancing team.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Sounds like a fabulous exhibit.

It's chilly outside and I have to leave the house shortly. I should be much happier about this than I currently am. Well, the having somewhere to be. Not the chilly, which is just an excuse to layer well.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

How is she with lamb?

All is well that ends in pizza.

How is she with lamb?

As in "With fava beans and a nice Chianti"?
