Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Trust my rage

So, all of us who've had mono need to start kissing ita, then?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

My co-worker just walked into my cube with the very Michael Kors shoes I want but don't have $190 to spend on (I'm getting the Steve Madden knock-offs). If she didn't wear such a small shoe, I'd kick her ass and steal them.

What size does she wear? I might want them, so you'd at least get to kick ass today...

Have any of the migraine people tried the Gatorade cure? I hear it works for some. When a headache is coming on, take 5, put feet up, close eyes, chug a cold Gatorade. Pushing one's electrolyte balance towards optimum levels seems to help.

If this works for you, please mail me a huge consulting fee. Thanks ever so much. Your health is important to me, so please stay on the line, putting up with me indefinitely. Heh.

When I started the Pill, I got migraines. They always started with an aura of visual disturbance, flashing lights, etc. Fortunately for me, they pretty much went away when I quit.

Re: Carrots: Did anybody ever see the Sexy Carrot photos? Those were quite a thing on eBay once.

She wears an 8, but the shoes are 7's.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So, all of us who've had mono need to start kissing ita, then?

It'd be best if you're currently suffering from mono, just to be usre.

Katerina, a drop in magnesium levels is often observed around a migraine, so some practicioners recommend taking supplements to keep the level high. Beyond my daily multivitamin, I haven't tried it.

Gatorade when I've not been exercising is barfy gross.

Dear LORD. Whenever the chick in the cube next to me speaks in her native tongue she makes it sound like baby talk. The other people here who speak it don't have that problem. They don't coo and giggle, but she keeps doing it and it drives me nuts. And she's a million times worse when it's the phone--I'm assuming it's not a work related call. Translate those tones into English, and you're just shy of phone sex.

I didn't know specifically about the magnesium drop with migraines. Huh. I expect that's a component of Gatorade? I can't stand the stuff myself, but I'd probably like it better than a headache. If you try it, please LMK if it worked for you at all?

Baby talk: a world of ewwww. Why does hearing it make my flesh crawl?

Baby talk: a world of ewwww. Why does hearing it make my flesh crawl?

Baby talk establishes a particular harmonic resonance that interacts with skin in such a way as to induce sensations not unlike a tingling or crawling sensation.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

ION, What ever happened to KajaGooGoo?
