Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Me, too.

Sorry about the suckiness, Hec. That is NO FUN.

In Shallow Question Land, would this dress [link] look better/good with a crinoline under it, and if so, are there any Bayistas who have one to lend?

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Love, love, love JZ. And I think I need this embriodered on a pillow or something: Compared to that terror, living on a budget? Pah, 'tis nothing. Less than nothing.

I'm getting the pig!

I'm sorry about the assheadedness of your employers, Hec. If it's any consolation, I probably never would've left my previous soul-sucking job if I hadn't been shoved out via a lay-off. And that turned out to be a great gift since the current job is only time-sucking and not soul-sucking. I wish the same for you.

::blows kisses to JZ for being so lovely::

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

The skirt doesn't look quite full enough for a crinoline, but it is a cute little black dress. And if you want to try a crinoline, yes, I've got several (one above-the-knee and smallish, one above-the-knee and superfluffy (an ex-Jilli crinoline), and one below-the-knee and semifluffy).

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Man... I skip, I skim, I go back and reread what I skipanskimmed because there is obvious need of great lashings of love for Gris and Hec, and by the time I get all caught up again, there's already a line to steal off with JZ!

Anybody wants to steal me, they will have to plan to move to some skeevy little corner of Utah, because I ain't leaving Hec behind.

Well, as long as we get you and Hec out of the deal, I think I can safely speak for most here when we say "we're good with that."

How about Emmett? Do we get to step-kidnap him too? And the baseball team? And maybe... aww, hell, maybe it'd be easier to just move to SF and kidnap the lot of you in place.

I love this skirt. I'm not sure why. Maybe a black halter top with? And black ballet flats?

If I only had a brain...

Since when is a 30" waist XL?
