Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

After catching up in the thread, I'm pretty sure someone needs to take the "Facts about Chuck Norris" list and substitute CN with "Mr. Clean Majik Eraser".

I think some of you need to come visit me, bringing your Mr. Clean Magick Erasers AND your Scrubbing Bubbles.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I have bronchitis (well, that's my own diagnosis, and have to wait till 2:30 to get validated) and at work (because this is where my doctors are) and found at that my good friend B tried to kill herself last week and my continued helplessness at her mental problems continues and I suck.

The end.

I wish the Mr. Clean Magick Erasers would clean up people's lives. Wouldn't that be great? Get on that, will you, Dow Chemical?

Ack, Nora, that's awful. Breath-ma in all senses of the word.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

my continued helplessness at her mental problems continues

You're not a mental health professional, Nora. Feeling horrible about your friend's pain is one thing, but feeling responsible for not fixing things is just a world of trouble. It's perfectly natural to be helpless right now. Painful, but natural. So don't blame yourself.

I know. I am working very hard to keep that in mind. Things have just been so hard between her and I over the past, hm, nine months or so? (since we bought the house) And she's pushed me away, and I let myself be pushed, because she has been very difficult and draining to be with/talk to.

Anyway. I just feel really sick, in my lungs and in my heart.
