Fay, if your food choices are of the OK but not optimal for shedding the excess variety rather than truly unhealthy, you can declare this stretch of time an exploration of maintenance eating. If you do get a couple pounds back - it could actually be very helpful, as it will trick your body out of adjusting your metabolism to the famine conditions of dieting, thereby preventing a plateau. So, when you are ready to go at it again, you will continue to have shiny results. And interview~ma to you.
bt, here's to this new phase of your life. May it bring you love of many kinds, laughter, and not too much pain.
vw, be good to yourself today.
I think cupcakes move out of the responsibility sphere. Really, can anyone have culpability for eating cupcakes?
But I just took an Ambien, and so I should be asleep in about 10 minutes. Yay drugs.
I did the same thing! But it took half an hour for me.
Just talked to my PCP. She raised the steroid dose. Again. And I'm only allowed out of the house for doctor's appointments today.
I'm sick of this.
I think cupcakes move out of the responsibility sphere.
nods frantically
Plus - NO FAT. Um. But sugar and carbs, so still bad. But no fat!
My eating choices are okayish, I think - just not great. Had home made vegetable soup last night (and, er, a lot of cupcakes) and today I've eaten bananas, green salad, rice with a little minced beef, and, er, several cupcakes (accompanied by bananas & in their capacity as Breakfast Food, since I didn't have time for a bowl of Special K this morning). And several diet Cokes. And some water.
Yum. Your diet is 10x better than the college student special.
I am currently on 16 medications (I'm filling out a form for a doctor's appointment this afternoon). This is ridiculous.
After catching up in the thread, I'm pretty sure someone needs to take the "Facts about Chuck Norris" list and substitute CN with "Mr. Clean Majik Eraser".
I think some of you need to come visit me, bringing your Mr. Clean Magick Erasers AND your Scrubbing Bubbles.
I have bronchitis (well, that's my own diagnosis, and have to wait till 2:30 to get validated) and at work (because this is where my doctors are) and found at that my good friend B tried to kill herself last week and my continued helplessness at her mental problems continues and I suck.
The end.
I wish the Mr. Clean Magick Erasers would clean up people's lives. Wouldn't that be great? Get on that, will you, Dow Chemical?
