I'm glad your community is pulling together and being so supportive. There's so much news all the time about the humans and their stupidity and cupidity and spite, it's incredibly heartening to hear about a whole community being so good and generous and loving.
I'm just catching up on Natter and discovered the pi talk was all there. And I thought I had somehow managed to be ahead of the loop on this one. Silly me.
I have boatneck envy. I have this sort of grizzly bear hump on my neck from slouching to hide the boobs of doom and so I look horrible in boat neck shirts. Plus, the wide bra straps always seem to show.
My good thing that happened today was Owen was "reading" his copy of Brown Bear, Brown Bear. He opened it up and clear as a bell recited his way through the entire book. I nearly cried.

Pete, I have no idea what you're like... but I could tell my DH about all my purchases and when the packages arrived it would still be the first he'd heard of them.

I have all the supplies I need to make chocolate covered cherries in the next week or two, assuming I remember to put the brandy ON the cherries soon.
I finally found a copy of Dub Side of the Moon, so it'll get out of my freaking head. Although it seems to have been replaced with Black Star.
Facilities swears its going to fix the heat in my office so that I'm not boiling hot.
I now have a stylish Coach handbag that doubles as a short-trip diaper bag.
