Well, I'm almost off the steroids. We're shortening the taper, so I'll be on them for five more days, rather than eight.

vw, my preliminary googling seems to indicate that mild exercise -- just plain old walking, not even vigorous walking -- will help steroid myopathy. Because myopathy is affecting your muscles, mild exercise strengthens them.
I've been thinking I'd like to see some of the Dakotas one day, but I think I'll put it off until its governing body extracts its head from its ass.
