I had no plans to go to South Dakota any time soon, but their governor just made me not want to be in the state where half the population had their rights wiped out today.
Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Debetesse has made it safely to Denver and is currently covered, absolutely covered, in dog fur.
Seriously covered.
But I'm still the cat's favorite, right?
Oh, Ashton still hasn't even made an appearance yet so you are most definitely his favorite.
Hell, you're his favorite even over me!
Jealous of the Debet-having! Jealous of the Nicole-visitage!

She has a gift, doesn't she? My dogs in CT shed happily all over her.
Why is my mommy asleep when I want to talk with her.
Damn.
This is going to be night number 2 with no sleep.
if you can't sleep - get some rest.
darkish room, maybe the tv, a good but carefully chosen beverage for sipping. blankie.
Yeah, I've been thinking I'd like to see some of the Dakotas one day, but I think I'll put it off until its governing body extracts its head from its ass. (For average values of "governing body," allowing for the occasional fighting-but-losing shining star.)
The Dakotas are just trying to get their population to increase.
Speaking of, ZenKitty, may I tag this?
I feel that if other people can tell me that I must have a baby, I should be able to tell other people that they are not allowed to.
5 pounds is pretty much the average birth weight here. Of course, there's a healthy and got-all-the-nutrients 5 pounds. If the mom ate nutritious food and took her pre-natals and all, the kid has a better shot at health than the kids of the mothers who smoked all through pregnancy to keep the weight off (and just because no one's ever had the idea to quit).
Ugh. Did not sleep well. Legs hurt. Sick of whining. Hoping the doctor can do something today.
In the meantime I'll go to work and try to concentrate on my lit search. Ugh. I'd rather just stay home and crochet, but, well, that's not a very feasible plan. Although, I've gotten quite a ways on the shawl/pancho already. It's quite pretty and springy. Can't wait to finish it so I can wear it.
