'War Stories'

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Maybe put them in a pretty vase with some flowers?

That'd be hard to mail :). They live in Kansas. Plus, she's an amazing florist...I'd be too scared to do anything with flowers.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

No raccoons?

Some of the dust bunnies were bigger than raccoons. They've gone to Bissell now though.

I love the new vacuum cleaner.

Ok, not such a good idea.

Go do your math quiz and I'll think....

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I think that's the official Bitch vaccum by now.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I think that's the official Bitch vaccum by now.

Wait, I thought it was the pink Roomba.

What I especially love about our vacuum cleaner is that, thanks to Hec's nearly decade-long pennyhoarding habit and Coinstar, it cost us $26.

Hec has cleaned more today. And more, and more, and now he's out doing laundry. It is so unbelievably HAWT of him.

I think I might get her something from Southern Living at Home. They've been doing a lot of redecorating of their cute little house, and I think something nice for the house would be ok. What do you think?

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Pulling the couch out to vacuum (scary back there) turned up the remote, half of JZ's cashmere sweater set and Amphigorey.

Congratulations! Now you guys are totally up on the deal. Found the remote, found glasses, Gorey, cashmere, and Hec totally got good husband points and made us all envious of JZ (who's such a hawtie that it's easy to be envious of her anyway).

I have really struggled to be productive this weekend. I can't believe how ita and other migraine sufferers soldier on. I felt that way before. But 3 weeks of moderate sinus headaches are enough to do me in. They WILL NOT GO AWAY. I've taken a full 10 days of Augmentin and it hasn't gone away. I'm wondering if I was misdiagnosed but I have no idea what else it could be. With the exception of not being congested, the symptoms are very consistent with having a sinus infection.

I'm being a bad girl and have the TV on because I can't resist Jon Stewart. I had to skip a planned trip to a rare citrus orchard today and I'm skipping an Oscar party with friends tonight so I can hopefully work at the same time as watch.

Damn goddamned headaches.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Spidra, I know it's gross, but have you tried saline water, or a neti pot? Sucking salt water up your nose isn't the most delightful thing ever, but it's the only thing that stopped the persistent pain in my sinuses.
