'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

damn - all his cleaning. I have things I'd like to be clean when DH gets home tomorrow. Plus, i'd like to have meatloaf ready to go in the oven, which means going to the store. I think I have to skip the coffee shop tomorrow.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Deena!!!!!

Stalactites come down from the ceiling; stalagmites come up from the floor.

I always remember it because stalactites have to hang on tight.

And, now, it's 1am and I am just now leaving work. Only to be back in 6 hours. Holy christ.

Just a few photos from our expedition up to the Getty today. Naturally all of them have Emeline in them.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

stalactites have to hang on tight.
And stalagmites might lose me my deposit. I have a new mnemonic.

Naturally all of them have Emeline in them.
Cause she's the mostest amazing thing that was there today. Naturally.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I ask myself that EVERYDAY.

How's Princess TickyBox?? What's she doing? She getting into the make-up yet?

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

...so I just sort of outed myself to my baby sister, there, by email. Which I realise is pretty late in the day, having been out as bi to my friends (er, although not so much in Egypt, actually) for several years, but I only see her once or twice a year since she was 8 and I was 17, and it hasn't actually cropped up in conversation.

Er.

'Cause I found out that I'd precipitated a small familial explosion when I inadvertently copied her in on a conversation with my Mum in which my Mum was a bit honest (not horrible, but rather disparaging) about my sister's current boyfriend - it was all a bit awful, but it's fixed now and they're friends and stuff. But I figured that if she ever needs me to take the heat off her dating choices, I could always come out to my parents. (Although I'm fairly sure my Mum has strong suspicions about my notstraightness, but I think she doesn't want to think about it, probably.)

Er.

In other MeMeMe news - I want a flipping job already, damn it!!!!

eta

(Much later)

Bless WeeSisterJay. She rocks. Which we already knew, of course. Still. Bless.
