[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Fingers crossed Deena!

And thanks for reminding me. I love Beth's new cut, although I miss the pretty shoulder length curls.

Cash, I hope the babies are being happy and not giving you a difficult time. Barfy illness so soon after giving birth canNOT be good--and the boy having it first made it no easier at all. I hope Christopher and Olivia escape it entirely, and that Owen and you recover quickly.

Much ~ma that there is no issues, Deena. Yay for dreaming of a garden. I know you have been wanting that for a long time, and you deserve it.

Ugh. What a day. My first tutoring student didn't show up, so I have a few minutes to sneak on the computer before my next student.

I got caught in the nastiness that was Nora's commute as well. I waited 20 minutes for a train, finally gave up, went and waited outside in the cold for 20 minutes for a cab. I finally got to my 9am meeting at 9:25am. Fortunately, my prof had a few minutes and could still meet with me. But, that meant I was running late for my first class, which I ended up missing. Oh, well. Radical acceptance. I can only do what I can do.

I'm all caught up in Math, though, and will be caught up in the other classes by Wednesday. That feels good. Stopped by work, picked up my check (which wasn't DD for some reason), and said hi. It was nice to see everyone. They were glad to see me.

Now I tutor again in a few minutes. Then it's off to another prof meeting. Then it's home. I'm exhausted! And my hair is flat 'cause of hat head. Oh, well...the joys of life.

Good luck with the inspection, Deena! Hugs to everyone!

I just had another student register for tutoring. I now have six students. Is it just me, or is that a lot? It feels like a lot...

The asthma is cooperating, which is good. I needed it to. I've had a few wheezes, but nothing the inhaler can't handle. I'm so very, very thankful.

Ok. This is frustrating. My student hasn't shown up yet. I don't have time for this.

I think with six students , you are justified in dropping the no shows. well, maybe a second chance.

Watching the 'new' parent trap. holds up well. much weeping at happy scenes due to cold

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

vw, do you get to charge the students for the times you show up but they don't?
