Well, lady, I must say-- You're my kinda stupid.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

lisah, how sad. {{SiL's family}} It just doesn't seem fair when that happens, like they didn't get a fighting chance.

Punishingly Intricate

I know. It's just so horrible. He hadn't been sick at all evidently.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{lisah}}} I am so sorry. There are no words.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Oh that's awful liash! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

lisah, oh no, how terrible! Poor boy, poor parents. That's so sad!

Librarian Warlord

{{SiL's Family}} That's so awful. They must be broken. Healing ~ma to them.

My DH did the laundry today while I walked around a rainy SF with Perkins and Juliana. How lucky am I?

eta: Beth, I hope that you and your DH feel better soon. Chicken soup sounds like a good idea both for the cold and the Bay Area weather today. Jessica, that is one great haircut. Good stylists are precious.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Cass, WTF kind of school is your niece at??
One run by the Gestapo pretty much.

Just got back from a long and quite leisurely linner (dunch?) with Epic. Rory burgers were had in all of their bacon and peanut buttery goodness.

Lisah, that is just too terrible for words. My thoughts are with them. I hope they can eventually recover.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

That is awful, lisa. My condolences to you and your family.

It might be Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. My baby brother died of SIDS. I don't know if it's the same as it was then but the Guild for Infant Survival (not an anti-choice group, despite the sound of the name) was where my mom went for peer support for a couple years after. Then she became involved with volunteering herself. I don't know where your SIL's sister is located, but you can probably find a local-ish chapter near her.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, lisah, that's awful and none of my words seem adequate.

Ann, that's a ferret.
