Buffy: So how'd she get away with the bad mojo stuff? Anya: Giles sold it to her. Giles: Well, I didn't know it was her. I mean, how could I? If it's any consolation, I may have overcharged her.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Dude, I don't even know if *I* have the password. (As in, remember it.)

But you don't need it, I don't think. So long as you're logged in, LJ should recognize you as an admin.

Ah, livejournal, how I've never quite got the hang of thee. Good to know, cool beans, and I've SO got my fingers crossed for you this week. w00t!

And now I must go read more Fullmetal Alchemist fic before I force myself to go to sleep.

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Just poking my head in to note that the BFA (that's yours, right, shrift?) got a nice plug via 'Particles,' the sideblog for Teresa Nielsen Hayden's Making Light:

That's me. Thanks for letting me know, Karl! And now I'm wondering if Tara knows she got linked.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

She is. And I'm not gloating at all. Nor am I grabbing all of the Atlantis slash I can find and rolling around in it like a crazy woman. Not at all.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Wow, I hit a recs page with some Sheperd/McKay stories the other day and they were mostly good. This was a big switch from reading Lost fic recently, where there seem to be 2 good stories by Yahtzee and then a bazillion Sawyer/author's stand-in fics by people unaware of the difference between "our" and "are."

Jars - Apr 17, 2005 4:35:40 am PDT #9817 of 10000

You should try the Atlantis flashfic archives Matt. There's a surprising ratio of good to bad stuff, and a lot of it is excellent.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Seconding that, Matt. There's a large overlap with Due South fandom, somehow. Perhaps it's the Canadian factor kicking in.
