Point Break is by Kathryn Bigelow who was undoubtedly pretty conscious of the slash she put in. She also did the great Near Dark vampire movie.

Umm... back in 1992, when I saw it about 5 times, I was certain they were doing it.
It's totally slashy.

I didn't even *know* about slash until a couple of years ago, plus I was more than a wee bit sheltered anyhow, and I kinda thought there was something going on.
