S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

See, I didn't read it. I just found it.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Shudder.

You people have ruined me. I'm watching Point Break, with Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze, and all I can think is "this film is so slashy!"

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

See, we look at it as making your life better.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

But... but... Point Break *is* so slashy!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's The Fast And The Furious. It has to be slashy.

It's amazingly slashy. And they're all wearing wetsuits. All I saw before were the wetsuits!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Point Break is by Kathryn Bigelow who was undoubtedly pretty conscious of the slash she put in. She also did the great Near Dark vampire movie.

Umm... back in 1992, when I saw it about 5 times, I was certain they were doing it.

It's totally slashy.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I didn't even *know* about slash until a couple of years ago, plus I was more than a wee bit sheltered anyhow, and I kinda thought there was something going on.

Thanks for all the fish.

See, but romance novels don't have to make sense or be any good. Surely we can pound out a hundred pages of drivel and fifty pages of sex.
