Agreed. It takes a lot to get me to read Sara/Grissom, usually a) prior knowledge of the author's stuff or b) a rec from someone I trust. There's only one other Sara/Grissom fic I'm going to rec, and in that one, the 'shippiness is kind of tacked on. Let me see what I can find--I probably won't have a chance to post any recs until tomorrow, though.

Her spontaneous reaction to the tongue action would proof much more profitable than she would have imagined, for Michael whispered her name as her mouth descended on his.

“Tell me you don’t remember me,” He said, his voice a susurrus that melted her heart and as he intensified the kiss, a soft caress that disarmed her, Nikita constructed new memories.

His arms engulfed her, his lips devoured her, his lap was as hot and as hard as the hearth besides them, and she was melted butter in the man’s embrace.

She had been holding her face in her open palms and feeling his proximity quickly looked into his wonderful eyes, now the color of liquid silver.

“Mykholl,” She said and melted further into his embrace, “I may not remember, but I know that I do love you.”

Prince Michael forgot the CD that repeated the same loop, forgot the simple fare that sat warming in the oven, forgot the cautionary measures the physician had taken so far with Nikita’s mental health and picked his beloved up carrying her in his arms. Nikita closed her eyes, smiled an evil grin, and dissolved into the liquid feeling she was experiencing as she lay her on her bed.

Wow, that's some .... exciting lessons in physics! What with the melting and dissolving.

Sadly, the scene must end with dinner burning to a crisp in the oven, catching the house afire, and killing them both.
