The McCoy-Spock stuff in ST3 was fun. With McCoy trying to run the science boards.

edit: But then they killed the Enterprise. I can't watch that movie again, because it kills me to see her go down.

The Enterprise D deserved going in nosefirst. They could show it every year at Christmas. Damned ugly ship.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was very "whatever" about K/S until I saw this link in LJ. Now I can't stop cracking up when I think of it.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

But then they killed the Enterprise.

But, see, that's how much Kirk loves Spock -- he was willing to sacrifice the Enterprise!

he was willing to sacrifice the Enterprise!

True, true, but his son was involved as well. Or was the Yuppie Clone dead by then?

I see the point she's making, and it's a good one, but... Spockette?

Maybe Spockarina? Spockia? Spockanne? Wait, Spock wasn't his first name, was it?

Spockalina?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

No. His first name was Mr.

Humans can't pronounce his first name.

connie, you're getting Star Trek mixed up with Splash! again. Do I need to do the slide show again? This is John Candy. This is DeForest Kelley. I know that one's confusing -- shall I do it again?

Well, DeForest Kelley was always fun.

Sigh. I knew I was getting old when the first Star Trek actor died. And Jimmy Doohan isn't doing too well, either.
