It's a good one, too.
Fan Fiction: Writers, Readers, and Enablers
This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.
Ooh, thanks for the link. I got no clue, though.

Um, that was me. Thanks for the complement!
Holy crap my first published fic just got recced. Going to go pass out now...
congrats. :)
Hee!
Well, it was very good, Lady O'.
Wow, thank y'all so much.
I gotta tell you, posting that story was one of scariest damn things I've ever done. It's the first one I've ever written--well, okay, the first I've ever finished. And I went around the rest of the day feeling vaguely ill and fluttery. And, I mean, I thought it was pretty good, but I'm kinda biased, ya know?
And I totally get the feedback=crack thing now. I mean, totally. *twitch* I'm now pledging give feedback whenever possible.
Speaking of which, is there a way to get a LiveJournal account that doesn't involve an actual journal? I'd like to be able to post to places like ds_flashfiction non-anonymously, but really don't want to bother with the actual journal.
So, how's that bodyswitching story coming along then, Theodesia? 'Cause I've seen the quotes in your profile and they've kinda whetted my curiosity. Not that I'm trying to rush you or anything...
Lady O', you can have an LJ account and never post anything to it. Plenty of people do that, just so they can comment non-anonymously and have fun icons.
You don't have to actually put anything in the journal, but you will have to sign up to post in communities.
Cool. Thanks.
