I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Whoops, sorry.

Here it is.

Katie, you rule. Many thanks. I'm SO happy to see she's committed to finishing the Rihannsu stuff. And I want her toys.

It was Basingstroke who wrote the original Five Things story, for Smallville.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Thanks, Ms. Lizard! It's good to see you 'round these parts again.

Bummer, the archive's closed. Ah, well. I'm always late to the table.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Well, it wasn't too comprehensive anyway.

Actually, I was really, really annoyed when I first found that link, because the archive went up the day that Kita's Five Things for Spike was completed, and before that, there'd been no challenge info posted anywhere I could find with aggressive Googling and poking around LJ and asking here. I hadn't even been able to find out who had made it a challenge. The archive was listed as closed from the moment it went up. So I was all, ahhhrgh, that's keeping out everybody who isn't one of their friends! Sulk, sulk, sulk, I'll write mine anyway & post it at least to the BFA.

But as you can see, it's been updated since then, even though it said it was closed. And some of those stories, like this one, were definitely written before the challenge started. Making it seem that archivage there is loosely-chosen, or invitation-only, or, maybe, if-you-email-Te-and-ask. So, m'dear, I'd try just that.

Huh. See. Even though someone e-mailed me the challenge page link before it went live, and told me I should write one, I still, uh, won't be asking anyone to list mine.

Because I have severe I-don't-invite-myself-to-the-party issues.

Wow, I'm a neurotic freak. I'll just go do archive maintenance or something.
