So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

You are EEEEEEEEEEEEEVIL.

So's you know.

Also? I have 66 words written. If I just copy and paste them until I hit 1000, does that count?

I do, thanks.

No.

No problemo. I'll try to get it back to you tomorrow.

Okay, it's almost four in the morning and I haven't even started my paper.

Eh, I'll pull it out of my ass tomorrow before class. I have a headache anyway. Might as well sleep.

I'm at 160 words. I may only have to hit copy and paste nine times.

I should sleep. Fight off this toddler-plague cold.

Bah on colds and headaches.

But on the bright side, I did a Jossverse drabble, a Firefly, and a Farscape. So I've accomplished something.

Good night, dear.

Thanks for all the fish.

Plei, the challenge might have been for less than 1000 words. Don't think it was 1000 exactly.

I have two paragraphs of dialogue.

I'm so far from a story, I don't even know where I'd look on a map. Fuck it. I'll just write 1000 words of gay sex and call it good.

Thanks for all the fish.

Is there another definition of good of which I am unaware?

Sounds like a plan to me.

And once again, thanks, SA.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Wow, it looks like I missed out on good discussion while I was away from the computer yesterday. It's always interesting to read about people's take on fic writing/reading.

While I have little trouble reading NC-17, I find that my own writing tends to stick to a PG-13 rating. Also, like UTTAD, I really like to stick to canon when at all possible. What I really like to do, however, is to fill in gaps or uncharted territory in known canon. I think I've read just a little too much Tim Powers in my time.
