Book: Yes, I'd forgotten you're moonlighting as a criminal mastermind now. Got your next heist planned? Simon: No. But I'm thinking about growing a big black mustache. I'm a traditionalist.

Tripp, you mean? The guy who got pregnant?

Yes, that's the one I mean. The guy who had me glued to the set, muttering 'Star Trek is doing Mpreg? Is this for real?'

Wait---Hawkeye/Clem?!? That's...just...

It's a thing. I like Clem. There are kittens. In one episode, Hawkeye says, "Some of my patients pay me in kittens." So then, there are kittens. And there's Clem, and the demon underworld, paying for things in kittens. Or, even, not sleeping with Anya for 'all the kittens in Korea.' Which is where Hawkeye is/was. And the timing doesn't matter, because demons are immortal, and... and... it could be fun.

Okay, so I'm crazy. Not to mention on monkey crack. It's just a thing.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

No, actually, that explanation makes an alarming amount of sense.

Good. Strange, but good.

Now to see if I can write it for real...

I think I mentioned this elsewhere---I just pick up random bits of information. I really liked the Files and Records chick on Angel. If I had better recall I could find things faster/remember where they were instead of thinking "well the friend's page background was black..."

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I adored F&R. I identified with F&R. I like "Dad" because of F&R (or at least, I do if I ff through all the actual Angel-as-Dad parts). I still plan to do F&R fic one of these days.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

The challenge sounds fun. I'm going to have to try this and/or link to the Sailor Moon/Homicide: Life on the Streets semi-crossover in-progress.

Anne, try or not as you like, but definitely link.
