I adored F&R. I identified with F&R. I like "Dad" because of F&R (or at least, I do if I ff through all the actual Angel-as-Dad parts). I still plan to do F&R fic one of these days.
Fan Fiction: Writers, Readers, and Enablers
This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.
The challenge sounds fun. I'm going to have to try this and/or link to the Sailor Moon/Homicide: Life on the Streets semi-crossover in-progress.
Anne, try or not as you like, but definitely link.
Oh, I will. Meanwhile, I'm trying to think of something fiendish that can be accomplished in a drabble or a short piece. I am working on a Buffy/CSI piece, but I've seen others try that crossover before.
I think it makes perfect, if diabolical, sense too. Maybe Clem wandered Korea around then -- it's not like we know how old he is. Hey, maybe that's where he got his kitten thing to begin with!
Wouldn't F&R have seen BRS coming? Or maybe she's considered part of the physical plant, like the carpeting, and isn't allowed to leave the building.
All those acronyms make things nice and obscure.
maybe she was out sick that day?
Roz Kaveney wrote a wicked F&R bit.
"Rupert or Giles"
Hee.
In popslash news, I am writing the most crackified fic ever. For those of you playing along at home, yes, a higher crack quotient than The Hiatus.
