Whoa, kinda psyched. The Brattle Theater is getting David Lynch's new movie INLAND EMPIRE in early December. It's supposedly in the 3 hour range and reportedly makes MULLHOLLAND DRIVE look accessible. Thank dog the Brattle replaced all their seats a couple of years back.
Back upthread, Frank asked about why the HH didn't write about McCabe & Mrs. Miller, and I answered, too glib, that it was too large a topic. Well, I was wrong. Dana Knowles wrote about it, and I just hadn't read her article yet.
