Teppy was just referring to Venom in his alien symbiote form. It takes over Peter first (hence, Spidey vs. Evil Suit) before it bonds to Eddie Brock and they become Venom.
I wonder if they'll still do the alien symbiote thing. They did set up the astronaut guy in the last movie.
Why don't you like Peter Parker?
