She looks SO gorgeous in it. I can't believe "I made that".

Although, on re-read, my post looks altogether way too unenthusiastic. My brain isn't functioning well enough to come up with something better right now, though. Can you just imagine more enthusiasm for me? 'Cause the dress really looks lovely and I'm sure K-Bug does too.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That's a gorgeous dress. K-Bug will look fantastic.

I hope you feel better, MG. You've got enough going on, sick should not be on the list.

libkitty - no worries. Seriously.

I snickered when she asked to go dress shopping since prom is months away and her boyfriend hasn't even officially asked her yet. But hey, she was in the mood, I actually had the funds to cover - and why not. Then when we found THE dress she had in mind and it was on SALE? BINGO. I don't think it could have been easier.

I'm wondering if C's boyfriend is going to ask her to his prom. He does not seem the prom sort - AT ALL. But who knows. I'm SO not used to having two teenager girls.

I helped C dye her hair dark brown - she is up washing the dye out right now. I hope I did an ok job.

Whee!
But who knows.
Steady boyfriends usually seem to do the prom thing even if they aren't the prom sort. Though that wasn't a scientific sampling, just randomly what I saw.

C and her guy have been together 4 months and he is ok....has not totally won me over. He actually rubs me the wrong way a bit, but I can't put my finger on exactly why. He seems to treat her well and ultimately that is what counts. Still, not sure if I can see him donning a tux and being all prom-ish. Though I'm sure she would love to dress up and go to a dance.

Bother. My really yummy soup ended up being a little too salty and I can't figure it since I don't recall ever adding any because I knew the Better Than Bullioun is salty.

Not sure if I know any tricks to save it now either.

The downside of crock pot soup? Easy to forget if there is seasoning to come apparently.
