Oh, I've drunk-dialed A LOT. But I think my percocet-induced phone calls (some of which were to y'all) were a LOT funnier.

Oh yeah, I rank that call up there with Ple's IM while under the influence of Red Bull and Vodka for entertainment value.

Emmett called in sick at the Nurse's office with a cough and a sniffle. Mean Dad is none to happy about collecting Emmett with something less than a fever, compound fracture, or stuff violently exiting his body.

"I don't see an arrow sticking out of you! What's all this about?"

So I'm trying to make things as boring as possible today, so he'll have a disincentive to tap out with a sniffle. Of course, I'm still making him smoothies and letting him read his big volume of Calvin and Hobbes.

Okay, and letting him watch a half hour of PuppyBowl.

Cash's new baby girl is indeed a sweetie. Very cute and very much like her brother.

Ben and Chris started out this way. The fever comes soon thereafter, well, their fevers did. Last week, Chris missed school on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, because of an oogy tummy. Wednesday, Ben got dismissed with sniffles and general rotten feelings. He ran a fever that night. Yesterday was the first day he was fever free. He went to school today, but Chris didn't, because he started with the sniffles and coughing on Friday, and the fever kicked in on Saturday. I think it broke this morning. He's felt a little warm today, but I haven't Tylenol-ed him.

called the edd of Ca - It looks like I get copies of my records from them and from the old employer , who is my current employer as well. and do some comparisons. So while this is an annoyance - I feel less stomped on by the man.

DH is not haveing fun. one of his team quit. not surpiseing with a pay cut 3-4 yrs ago , no raises since then and no chance of raises in the near future. and the new fun rule that says that they have to be 100% billable- every week. But his boss - yelled at him. Right.

Gah, Matt's work situation sounds just evil.

You and I really must do a Strangers On A Train with each other's spouse's boss one of these days.

So sorry about Matt's job. That really sucks.
