A friend at work just got so mad at her iPod that she swore off Apple altogether. Actually, she got so mad at their service, or lack thereof.
That's actually atypical of Apple. Did she go to an Apple store? Just because they are Apple, doesn't mean they can't employ some dunderheads.

I think asshat is from TWoP. At least, that's where I first heard it in frequent reference to a TAR competitor who both was one and wore one.
