A friend at work just got so mad at her iPod that she swore off Apple altogether. Actually, she got so mad at their service, or lack thereof.

That's actually atypical of Apple. Did she go to an Apple store? Just because they are Apple, doesn't mean they can't employ some dunderheads.

It sucks, but it seems to be a few rungs from true evil, imho. It's entering grey territory...

I also found a belt that will fit from waist to way low-rider and is reversible. It took up the rest of my Macy's cert. I am pleased.

I still want a cheeseburger.
