I think that the Unemployment Office's definition of "misconduct" involves things like embezzlement -- things where the company suffers actual measurable loss.
They also measure intent. They would be had pressed in proving intent on my part, having no history of such behavior.

So, it appears that the professors of my first two classes got together and made their schedules. Every. Single. Test. is on the same day.
